Any items that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If you choose to exchange your item for a different product, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.
